2. Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KO:ME Connect is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

Products, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed and accepted.
Please check your order carefully before submission; cancellations may not always be possible once processed.
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
You authorize KO:ME Connect to charge your provided payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are handed to the carrier.
Customers outside South Korea are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Unless otherwise required by law, items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Buyer Responsibility

All products are compliant with Republic of Korea cosmetic safety and labeling standards.
International cosmetic regulations differ by region, and it is the buyer/importer’s full responsibility to ensure products meet all local legal, labeling, ingredient, and safety requirements.
Our company does not provide product registration, certification, or compliance services for overseas markets.
We provide accurate invoices and product details to assist with customs procedures, but we are not liable for:
- Customs rejection
- Customs delays
- Confiscation of goods
- Issues caused by non-compliance with the buyer’s local import laws

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KO:ME Connect—including trademarks, logos, product images, text, videos, and designs—is the property of KO:ME Connect or licensors and protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.

10. Shopify Relationship

KO:ME Connect is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with KO:ME Connect. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and KO:ME Connect and is not liable for any claims arising from your use of our Services.

11. Feedback

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant KO:ME Connect a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Feedback for business purposes.
