How do I create an account with KO:ME Connect?
Create a free account instantly — no approvals needed to start ordering authentic Korean cosmetics wholesale.
Do I need to be a business to register?
KO:ME Connect is open to everyone — resellers, online shop owners, and retail customers can all buy K-Beauty wholesale.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Can't find a K-Beauty brand? KO:ME Connect can source it directly from Korea for you.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed in 1-2 weeks before shipping.
What should I do if my product is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Report issues within 7 days with photos — KO:ME Connect covers approved returns.
Can I return or exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges — only returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No returns for customer errors or preference changes are accepted
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–15 business days once approved.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once payment is completed and the order is processed cancellations, refunds, or changes are not possible because the order has already been submitted to the brand/distributor.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we only accept credit cards.
What currency do you charge in?
All orders are charged in USD.
What are the payment terms?
Orders over $300 require a 50% deposit, with the balance and shipping fee due before shipment.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped directly from Seoul, South Korea, the home of K-Beauty.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — KO:ME Connect ships K-Beauty wholesale worldwide via FedEx, EMS and Budget Shipping.
How long does shipping take after processing?
International delivery takes 3–15 business days, depending on your location.
Is there a shipping fee?
Yes — prices are EXW Korea (product-only). Shipping, VAT, and duties are extra.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are based on the package’s weight and dimensions. We can confirm the exact shipping cost once your items are packed and ready to ship.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
Track your Korean beauty order with the tracking number emailed after shipment.
Do you register the products for sale in my country (EU CPNP, FDA, etc.)?
We do not register products overseas. Some items may already be registered by the manufacturer, but buyers should confirm and handle all local requirements.
Do products come with local-language labels?
Most products have Korean labels. Buyers must add any required translations or information for their market.
Do the products meet EU/US ingredient standards?
Products follow Korean regulations. Buyers must check ingredient compliance for their region.
Do you help with product registration or legal requirements?
No. Buyers must manage all registration, documents, and compliance in their own country.
Who is responsible for customs clearance and taxes?
All import duties, taxes, and compliance are the buyer's responsibility.
What if my order is blocked or confiscated by customs?
KO:ME Connect is not responsible for orders seized by customs — buyers must check local regulations.
What happens if my package is returned by customs?
Customs clearance, including payment of duties/taxes and compliance with import regulations, is solely the buyer/recipient’s responsibility. In the event that a shipment is delayed, seized, refused, or returned due to customs-related issues, no refunds or reimbursements will be issued, as orders are placed directly with official brands or authorized distributors and are non-returnable/non-cancellable. If the shipment is returned to our Korea warehouse, we may, upon the buyer’s request, forward the parcel to an alternative domestic address within Korea, subject to additional handling and domestic shipping charges.
Can you edit the commercial invoice?
Yes — we can assist with invoice edits.

Can you provide MSDS, SCPN(P) number, or certificates?
Only for select Korean brands where the manufacturer officially provides these information.
