Order Processing

Bulk orders typically require 2–3 weeks lead time, depending on product availability and total order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.

Customs & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any related fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

These charges vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the customer, and may be collected either:

1) Standard Shipping Overview

Standard Shipping is designed for customers who prefer a lower-cost shipping option compared to express couriers.

Standard Shipping may include:

• customs clearance handling by the carrier / local customs

• VAT collection for EU countries (where applicable)

• remote area delivery limitations depending on destination

• declared value limitations for certain countries

2) EU VAT (European Union) – VAT Rate by Country

For EU deliveries, VAT is charged based on the destination country VAT rate, plus a 2% disbursement/service fee for VAT handling.

VAT rates may change based on local regulations. We apply the destination VAT rate at the time of shipment.

3) Remote Areas & Undeliverable Regions

Some destinations may be subject to:

• remote area surcharge

• undeliverable islands / territories

• excluded ZIP/postal codes

• delivery restrictions depending on local last-mile networks

We will flag exceptions whenever possible before shipment. However, carrier coverage may change depending on local delivery conditions.

4) Address Rules (No P.O. Boxes)

To prevent delivery failures, please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.

  • full street address (house number/building name)

  • accurate recipient phone number

Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in:

• delivery failure

• return-to-sender costs

Some destinations have strict declared value rules or shipping restrictions. If the declared value exceeds the maximum allowed threshold, the parcel may be rejected, returned, or held for additional clearance.
